After I had finished the quest for the artifact and speaked to the NPC (Emmarel Shadewarden), I didnt get any of those artifacts on my hunter.
I had selected MM artifact, the recommended one, it automatically changed to the MM spec (I was BM that moment), but none of them appeared on me nor in the bag.
Name of the char- Haerra
Hope that will be fixed soon.

After some relogs, I managed to re-get the option I was talking about.
Problem solved. The thread can be closed
