[Hunter][Beast Mastery] Pets pathing

Bug description: Pet's have weird pathing in the instance, often fall behind, are really slow.General for all pet users but affects BM the most as its main source of our dps. Technically, it works but mechanics could use some adjustments. Atm we have to dismiss and summon pet almost in every instance otherways it gets stuck, losing a lot of time and dps in m+ on that. On blizzard they should have same movement speed and be exactly near you all the time, ESPECIALLY when you jump of cliffs and take portals and such.

Proof:
1.Freakz pathing, as you can see i'm already down there and have to wait around 5-10sec for my pets to get to me (sometimes even longer if they get stuck) and i can't dps without them.

proof . When you are on your mount pets should stuck with you and hati should be on the right and your pet should be on left, your pets should never be on the same side
