[Hunter] Can't recruit Band of Trackers / Pathfinder

Bug description: I can't recruit the stronger troop type of the hunter class hall. The Recruiter Sampson only says something about the Pandaren Campaign (probably wrong text), despite having completed the Recruiting More Troops quest as well as the follow-up. There are no more available quests at my class hall.

Same issue on my migrated characters, Hunter and Death Knight, I also get the same text there.

I love how they locked my topic by saying it's duplicate and that we all had different issue. I still can't recruit on my Hunter or DK which are my two migrated characters, as I couldn't get the free weekly Seal on my Monk for no reason whatsoever. It's been since July and it's still an ongoing issue, I keep getting a Monk related text as a response whenever I try to recruit the better recruits. Hilarious.

I'm also quite pissed that there isn't even a bug confirmation.
