Hunter Marksmanship: Scatter Shot, Distracting Shot.

I wish inform that the spells Scatter Shot and Distracting Shot, no function.

Spells: 19503 , 20736

Scatter Shot not disorients the target.

Distracting Shot not take of agroo of NPC.

These skills are hunter Marksmanship.

The spells work perfectly fine, it's most like you who don't know how to use them.

According to the tests we have done, these skills do not do what should in branch Marksmanship

Not knowing the other branches of the Hunter, but hunter branch Marksmanship in race blood elf do not work well.

In the branch Marksmanship of hunter blood elf, this two spells no works well, one not slow the objetive, the other not carried the agro of the npcs.

This two spells not work perfectly fine.

There are exactly 0 talents that, in any way possible, affect those two spells. If you don't believe me, please read the Hunter talents again. (Here's a link to them)

Scatter Shot should not slow the target, it should disorient it, and there is no talent OR glyph to make it slow someone.

Distacting shot works fine too.
(Start reading combat log from the line "Venomblood Scorpid died."
-Img 1 - Pet is sent toward the mob, combat hasn't started yet.
-Img 2 - Only the pet is attacking the mob, I have no aggro on it.
-Img 3 - I cast Distracting Shot, by some miracle, it works, mob attacks me.
-Img 4 - Distracting Shot keeps aggro on me during it's full duration even tho I had no aggro on the mob.

Now, where is your evidence that these two spells don't work perfectly?
