Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Hunter's pet stats are too low and pets are not getting hunter 's hit and haste rating.

All level 85 pets have the same base stats, regardless of pet type.

Pet Scaling

In Cataclysm our pets inherit a percentage of the hunter’s stats, and that percentage is different depending on the pet tree. Thus pets scale with every hunter stat (except, possibly, mastery).

A side effect of this is that pets no longer receive raid buffs (though they can give them) — the idea is that since pets now scale properly, the hunter gets the raid buff and the pet then inherits its percentage of the buff, so the pets will scale properly with both gear and buffs. Gone are the sad Wrath days of horrible pet scaling. Now if a pet is 20% of hunter dps, it will generally stay about 20% as your gear improves.

Again, the potential exception to this is mastery, which boosts BM pets, but boost MM and SV hunters but not their pets.

It feels really bad when i miss with kill command, and almost never crits, so it impossible for https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=82749&&name=killing-streak to procc, at least it never procced for me which makes it useless talent, in retail i almost crit every time with kill command which makes me think it usess both mine and my pet's crit chances cause i am casting it not my pet but it hit with it but i not sure about it, but since pet scalling is not right, my pet has no crit rate, and probably thats the reason why it almost never crits. EDIT:After 10 mins of testing kill command finally critted twice and i didnt get the buff, so ? Killing Streak is bugged too.
Also i wanna say that my pet is super slow, in retail my pet's speed is always as mine even when he's stelthed (well not when he's with dash ofc)
And finally, when my pet uses https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=93435&&name=roar-of-courage, i get out of camoufalge and he get out of stealth, which is pretty annoying

+! pets are kinda low dmg now , my warlock imp's fire bolt hits like 5k or more and my lvl 85 hunter pet does not go pass 2k dmg and dies to fast considering i made one tank speck with no efect...
