Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Atat cele 3 buffuri de 10% attack speed cat si improoved steady shot cu 15% attack speed dau focus regen ceea ce nu ar trebui sa se intample .(alte attack speed buffs gen heroism sau rapid fire dau focus regen si merg bine insa cele mentionate anterior nu trebuie sa dea)
