[Hunter][Spells] Explosive Shot

Bug description: This ability deals 30%-40% more damage than it should
Proof: Since i dont have a hunter , i can't bring proof ... but any decent player can confirm this. It's clear like a crystal that it's bugged lol.

I agree, by full grievous hunter i got 70K explosive shot -_- not only once

Its patch 5.4 (grievous season), look at whole video and see how much explosive shot does in the video and how much on freakz

What we need are calculations: you know the attack power coefficient (5.4.8 wowhead https://www.wow-freakz.com/wowhead/548/?spell=53301 says 39.1%, on freakz it's 43% but this difference is negligible currently), so do some actual math, not post random videos
