[Hunter] Survival Mongoose bite focus consumption

Bug description: It says Mongoose bite consumes 30 focus. It doesn't, not always. Sometimes it consumes 35, sometimes 40. It even happened (rarely though) that it consumed 50 focus. I had 60 focus prepared for 2 mongoose bites and instead of 2 I only had 1. This consumption often occurs when combining it with Kill Command. If you're low on focus and kill command then mongoose then kc and mongoose again, if you keep doing that, sometimes you'll consume more than 30 focus on mongoose. From 30 focus to 50, it varies. It's not dependent on stacks either, because I checked and whether it's 5 stacks or just 1, the consumption varies instead of being a standard 30. In the tooltip, or anywhere else, it doesn't say the consumption increases. I did found a spell on wow-freakz database that says 35 focus on mongoose bite, which is weird.
