Bug description: It should reduce movement speed by 30% for 3 seconds. , I tryed o my friend + Arena (Bg) ... he watch speed .. And the spell don't reduce anything ..

I just logged in and I've been trying to figure out what's wrong with it and when it works, can't seem to find the problem the only thing I realised is that if you're in arena/challenge (not sure about bg but it's likely) it will work, at least that did it for me. I tried a couple of times in duel and then I was wondering whether or not it works in arena so I challenged myself (2x wow) and it worked, but after that I dueled again and it didn't work, however next duel worked, if anyone else knows anything please say something..

Send us ss. u can't say it's work. Whitout proof. Maybe it's like it won't work all time. i did the same. and it's not working in bg /2v2. . i tryied vs ppls in not pvp zone. i tryied vs my self. u don't get - movement speed.
