Hunter pets in general

I consider this to be more of a quality of life thing than an problem that is breaking the game however it is very annoying and i have yet to see if it happens in raids/pvp cause ive just leveled my survival hunter to 102, but the necessity to re-summon my pet multiple times cause it keeps disappearing is to be honest just annoying and i was wondering whether the devs have an intention on fixing this by 7.2.5 just so i know if i should stick with survival or just straight up ditch it and go mm, i can only imagine this being even more frustrating on BM. Ty in advance for any constructive response i appreciate it.

Depends on your pet settings. If you set it to stay, it will go away everytime you move away from it. Make sure it's on follow.

As for the option between survival and MM, the latter has better dps and more flexibility than survival.
