I have two questions regarding MoP

2)Do raids 10 and 25 difficulty in normal share the same lock?

1.Only 9 bosses are available, with more to come ''soon'', however I would not count on it happening prior to the Legion server release-we have no official confirmation on either.

2.No, they don't , neither do Heroic or normal, so you can do Normal 10 /25 and Heroic 10/25 (4 separate lock outs per week).

You can use .loot_cd to check your weekly loot saves.

We have fully finished T14 & 15, however we are still 5 bosses away from finishing T16. Whenever a new boss is ready we will release it with LFR/Flexible/Normal and Heroic version (few weeks gap between difficulties is possible).
As for the raid lockouts its already explained - you are able to do LFR / FLEX / 10 & 25 normal + 10 & 25 heroic every week.

So as far i understood,soo isn't fully completely doable in any difficulty right ?

Yes. Currently we have first 9 bosses doable in LFR/Flex/Normal/Heroic.
