I need some Information

Like the topic say , I really need some info for two things , any answer will be appreciated a lot .

First , I earned exalted with netherwing but still all the npc-s there are hostile to me , including one that sell drakes(and yea , i removed at war icon )

Second , I'm engineer and I want to make Mechanized Snow Goggles https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=61482 (wowhead link)

Trainer should teach those at 420 , but he doesn't ... Item is availible tru voting , but it's 37 vote points . My question , is there any way i can craft this item in game , maybe with some recipe or sometin ...

EDIT: I found a spell in freakz database that teaches you Mechanized Snow Goggles , so i wonder can GM cast it on me since thati tem cannot be learned in game , the ID of spell is 61482...

K , I solved my problem with netherwing thanks to the google , but with mechanized snow goggles , still nothing .
Gm-s seem to be poorely interested in helping out , or atleast to let me know it's not doable , whether here or by answering ticket . Can't blame them tho , to much ppl around here.
