I this instance avaliable yet? like all bosses.. im leveling now but one of my aims is getting transmog gear once i get 110 as the best warlock and warr sets are from ICC imo!

For TL;DR , sometimes the doors at saurfang open, sometimes they don't, sometimes the boss doesn't show up. I guess it depends on how lucky you are.
