[DUPLICATE] [ICC] Gunship Battle missing

Character name: Icecrown Gunship Battle
Bug description: After killing Lady Deathwhisper the Gunship for Horde doesn't spawn and there is no Saurfang to dialog the start of encounter.
This encounter used to work sometime during Legion, I did not expect this to be the meaning of

Gunship fight is skippable by using the teleportation tab, confirming the missing fight tho.
