La primele semne ale infectiei,preparati-va o bautura rece, spumoasa, cu bicarbonat de sodiu.Dizolvati 1/4 lingurita de bicarbonat in 125 ml de apa.Beti doua pahare de apa, apoi amestecul cu bicarbonatu.Bicarbonatul face ca urina sa fie mai putin acida, lucru care duce la reducerea usturimii sau a senzatiei de arsura in timpul urinarii.
