I've seen on voting sites something about instant lvl 90.
I searched on this forum about it but I couldn't find the NPC. Was it only for MoP or it is still available on Legion?[/i]

This was on the previous MOP/Legion split. We merged our 2 realms together. However if you have characters on another server you are able to create a migration post and potentially move your characters here.
