Is warden system bugged?

I don´t know if the Warden System is bugged or something. The other day my little brother take my account to play, and he confess me that he was cheating with some kind of program, Admin Wow or something, and my account was banned. Well, I admit it, it was my stupid mistake not assuring the account and blah, blah bla, I KNOW.

The matter is that when I knew about it, I deleted the said program and made a clean install of the launchers, with the torrent provided by wowfreakz and that.

The problem comes when, since that, my account keeps been banned even before I could pass the character selection screen, no warnings, no nothing ( as I said I can't even pass that screen before the server kicks me out). And when I log in the webpage it says, Your account has been banned by --- (thats exactly what it reads " --- " ) for 1 hour ...

I send an e-mail to shop freakz, and I hope someone could help me. I just want to know if someone is having the same trouble, if someone had this troubled and could solve it, or if somebody would know what could be causing trouble with the Warden System.

PD: Right now, my account is not banned, but the fact is that if I try to enter game again, I will be banned for 1 hour even before I could pass the character selection screen, and so, 1 hour, 1 hour and 1 hour, never letting me in.

No, this is not a bug, that's INTENDED, I want it to keep ALL YOUR ACCOUNTS AND IP ADDRESSES BANNED for a while so you learn your lesson and stop using hacks, that's how aggressive our anticheat is.
