Bug description: The stats that are gained from the Proc are less than what the tooltip says, both the ones from the random stacks and the buff that consumes all stacks.

Tested the LFR version of the trinket, tooltip says i should gain 181 mast/haste/crit per stack of the buff and the final buff (Called "Cycle of the Legion") should add 2065 to all three while consuming the previous buffs.
Instead i gained 118 mast/haste/crit per stack and the final buff was 1352.

Couldnt test other versions as i don't have them but maybe they have the same bug.

Hi, for higher ilvl version it's the other way around. The actual values are higher than the tooltip.

I know tooltips can be misleading as other hidden modifiers may apply and values can be different.
But we need confirmation about where is the wrong, in the tooltip or the values themselves

Stats increase that it should give per stack: 188
Stats that it gives per stack: 130
"Cycle of Legion" should give: 2143 of all stats
"Cycle of Legion" gives: 1484 of all stats
