[Item] Darkmoon Deck Promises v2

Bug description: The trinket works so that bug report is invalid

In this video you can see that I have the buff on me and smite consumes less mana than regular (regular smite is 5500 mana on the tooltip with 6 card active you see 1635 and the mana value on top left is only going down by less than 2k so it works)
But you can see that the six of promises says that is reduces the mana cost by 3865 which is way higher than listed on the card itself (770-3079). Tooltip broken!

This says that actually the values are higher than the tooltip and the tooltip is broken. Still the trinket works and the only problem with it is the tooltip itself.

It is fine,I rejected that report. Figured out what the issue is actually,the trinket works fine but it is getting affected by concordance/other main stat modifiers.
Not really gonna get into its actual values,will just let the devs check it out.
