Bug description: That item should be lootable from Bitterbrine Scavenger but can't pick up from mob.
Proof: Need confirm.

The shoulder enchant has a 30minute cooldown. If you loot once, you can't loot it again for 30 minutes. On retail its 1 hour.

On auto-loot or group loot yes, it is a visual bug.

on retail you have 2 minutes from looting 1st bag to loot as many as you possible can in the timeframe meaning you can aoe a ton of mobs and loot them all and you`ll get all the bags you have enchant for. on freakz currently it aint matter how many bags the mobs dropped you loot 1 and that's it.

On retail u can't drop with cd, here u can't loot with cd.

Thats not true.
I often make an eoa normal run and loot 3-6 bags at once. If you just loot 1 then they didnt drop more or you had grp which forces you to press need on every single item.
Without grp you get all the loot added to inventory at once which results in more bags before cd takes effect.

before writing that I just did a eoa normal, I was alone, pulled all the gobs,crabs and murlocs together, killed them there were 8 gem bags there(I`m using gemfinding enchant) and I could loot only 1 of em, rest remained there. maybe it was some random thing, I`l keep trying, got no interest into making misleading forum posts, wasting my time and the time of people trying to fix stuff

Ok tested it again, sry for the wrong information. You actually need to be in a grp and not without, managed to screen one run where I got 4 bags here:

I am using the addon easyloot which instantly press need/greed on all green items, maybe this allows me to loot multiple ones.
Still the 2 min cd to loot everything would be more convenient as you said.

Theres nothing wrong with the Gem sacks/bags in general theyve been recently fixed thats why its like that, youre only supposed to be able to loot 1 every hour but we made it 1 every 30 mins
