[Item] Grotesque Statuette value rounding

Bug description: I have an 885 version of the item, tooltip says it's 1.92% reduction / stack. Not sure it's intended or not, but it's always being rounded down,
1 stacks should be 1.92%, ingame is rounded down to 1%
2 stacks should be 3.84%, ingame is rounded down to 3%
3 stacks should be 5.76%, ingame is rounded down to 5%
4 stacks should be 7.68%, ingame is rounded down to 7%

and so on
