Bump , still missing , need recipes

Yup still missing the npc that sell it (Horde "91033") and yes we need the recipes so we can produce Burnished Leather (as there isnt leartherworkshop in your garrison to "order" those mats), by the way the old recipes include the leatherworking bag, insciption bag and mining bag thats why they are still "usefull" in legion.
