General Information Regarding Item Recovery

Important : Please don't waste my time or any other staff members time by making SCAM Recovery Request. You will get Permanently banned on forum & on your in-game account.

Important : Mounts which are purchased through the WoW Shop & Vote Shop are automatically added to Mount Journal DIRECTLY, and mounts are Account Wide.

Important : You will not be helped out if YOUR ACCOUNT got HACKED since YOU shared your account Credentials with a guild-mate or friend. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. It is your Responsibility to take care of Your account.

Important : Please provide much as possible Proof when making Recovery Requests.

Legion Content Recovery Information

You will be helped out in the following scenarios :

• You lost a Quest Related Item.
  
• You lost a hearthstone,Flight masters whistle or similar item.
  
• You Lost a Legendary Item due to server restart or crash. ( Legendary Items can be recovered with only item level 910 ).
  
• If items such as your Artifacts have disappeared make a ticket in-game asking for GM to add it
  

You will not be helped out in the following scenarios :

• You lost Dungeon Gear / Raid Gear / Weekly Chest Gear.
  
• You lost Artifact Power / Artifact Traits / Artifact Relics.
  
• You lost Order-Hall Resources.
  
• You Disenchanted Mythic gear and wanted to recover it.
  
• You lost Gear from a Bonus Roll.
  
• You did not get an achievement in-game, you need to wait until it gets fixed.
  
• You lost items / gold while sending through Mail.
  
• You lost gold due to any reason.
  
• You lost a Pre-Legion item from a Gear Token.
  
• You lost gear from Class Hall Caches.
  
• You lost Transmog Gear / Illusions.
  
• You didn't receive a title in-game, wait for it to be fixed.
  
• You lost anything from a Cache.
  
• You lost your mails sent in-game.
  

Vote Shop Recovery Information

You will be helped out in the following Scenarios :

• You will be able to exchange broken Fun items.
  
• You will be able to exchange broken Glyph's purchased.
  
• You bought a battle pet and it is not working properly.
  
• You purchased the same item Twice from vote-shop.
  

You will NOT be helped out in the following scenarios :

• You bought a mount and changed your mind about it.
  
• You bought a Heirloom and changed your mind about it or want it exchanged.
  
• You bought Transmog gear and want to exchange it.
