Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nefunctionarea Item Recover-ului

Accontul a fost schimbat si caracterul inclusiv itemel au fost sterse, m-am uitat in log si nu s-a intat decat dp ip-ulu meu deci varianta spargerii de cont este exclusa.Am dat recover la itemele si imi zice:"Recuperare esuata, nu poti recupera tokene sau iteme upgradabile". Ce trebuie sa fac?
