hi dear gm

i went to ds10h and killed morchok on lastweek tuesday and i got this ring .
i equiep it and then gem it (40 agi ) and my ilvl changed from 399 to 400
but today (saturday) when i came online to replace gem with 50 agi i see ring dissapeared and i equipted the normal one that i had before get new one !!!
i try item recover on website but it couldent find my ring .
what i must do now ?

help pleaes
