Item lost from rollback on exodus

Details: (optional) Here is screenshot of my finished arenas for the week of 8/4 to 8/10.

You can see I only have 970 points with all my arenas completed. However the armory doesn't show the purchase of the chest piece in recent activity. You can't delete conquest points either. So you can see that I did indeed lose something and that the armory / server was messed up. You can also see by the logs that I do arenas every week and I have had nothing purchased with conquest points since the 24 of july in the armory.

I did arenas and bought the chest piece and realized through chat what was happening to others logging off that if they came back they lost their session. I tried to stay on a long as I could with an open ticket because I worked a long time to get to be able to buy chest piece and didn't want to lose it. I am looking for the chest piece or my 2200 point refunded. I posted my original post in this forum on the 8th but It seems to have been overlooked. I am waiting on doing my arenas for this week so that my screenshots and armory link can continue to prove that I am missing points/gear.

Look at my conquest points total for the 8/5 8/6 8/7 before the days of the rollback. You will see I had 1820 conquest points before I even got hosed by the rollback on 8th. I am getting incredibly frustrated that I am being overlooked and no further research is being done to look into this matter. I understand, the server messes up, rollbacks mess with the logs and armory, etc etc. But there is other information that can be acquired on your parts to see that 2200 points vanished even if you don't see my cataclysmic bp being purchased in the armory. I have been more than cooperative with this process. I donate and have many RL friends that have joined and we are all happy so far with this server. All I ask is that you don't neglect the information that is there. I don't see any need why on a free server you have to deal any sort of quick injustice towards a matter that is merely a server blip. On my end its two weeks of time..
