Bug description: Kowalski's Music Box should be sold for Marks of Honnor not for Artifact Fragments

Actually the vendor Crafticus Mindbender https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=80882&&&&name=crafticus-mindbender https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=85115&&name=dazzerian is not spawned and he should sell everything for marks and not artifct.
