Item recovery is it possible for the long term come back for a player ?

Due to those laggs about 1,5 year ago i was gone from this awsome server. When i've come back many item gone from my inventory and from on my character. I've got a message from you guys only with 6x SW bags , with only once useable bag what can i do when i lost many item but i didnt get back ?
This bug occured to my all characters too. (*** , Csicseri)

Did you check your mailbox on all your characters? Your "lost" items should be there. Over 1 year is not a short period at all -
