Hello.
Few days ago I lost x48 Shadowfrost Shard that I farmed since ~June 2015. The other day I looted a shard and the server crashed. When I got back ALL the shards were gone. I made a post (https://forum.wow-freakz.com/view-post-4937419.html?#4937419) but I recieved x1 shard (the other 47 were not restored). Luckly I make screenshots of all valuable items I get (including the screenshot of the shards).

It was my fault for not being clear enough that I miss my all 48 shards and not just one of them (sorry for that).
