Items from leveling chests

Bug description: the levels that the items ask for do not match what they say when equipping them(at least the chests of northrend the rest I have not tried)

Confirmed, some items from northend levelling chests still use old lvl requirement, they should be even usuable on lvl 61+ (because northend scale from lvl 60 to 80). There are not too many of them, but still.
