There are multiple items missing from multiple vendors required to buy Zandalari Effigy Amulet. The path to follow in order to get it should be:
Sack of "Discarded" Hearthstones is the first item that is required to buy the toy and is available at Griftah

Yes, but the report is incomplete, there are multiple items missing, not just Rakle's item. The report should be completed to clarify the chain of items and vendors required to get the toy.
