Bug description: Items recently recieved are lost after logging out and logging in.

Proof: Screenshot with all my equipment:

Disconnected and reconnected, lost my bracers:

I have experienced this issue 3 times now, first time I lost a trinket and a ring, second time I lost another trinket, this last time I took screenshots just to be safe and lost my bracers. I opened ticket in game and got response that item cannot be recovered. Recover item section in main web does not show any item to recover

This is making playing in the server impossible, constantly replacing items that the server is taking away from me.[img]

The bug you have mentioned is well known among the staff. The developers are trying to find a solution and are working as hard as they can.
