Its been fixed sorry for the langauge was kinda frustrated.

i got my loot i was really lucky that he was the last guy. and gave me my stuff. He could've gone away with it but i am happy he i didn't

Try to join raids with a guild . Pretty soon the problems of not getting loot will be solved since Raid Finder is being implemented.
