Bug description: Frenzyheart River Time 1:27 location 55.65, 64.88

As you can see the quest Just following Orders is completed but i can't deliver to the npc , and in order to advance with both factions reputation with the Oracles that when i get friendly it will turn into daily's in order to buy the Egg for mount drop, and the same with the reputation Frenzyheart
