Bug description: As of 7.2+ you should be able to choose greater legionfall insignia (granting 750 reputation with armies of Legionfall) as one of the rewards for completing this emissary quest.

There should be a Greater Legionfall Insignia available from choosing in Kirin Tor Emissary chests as of patch 7.2
