Achievement "Old Ironjaw" can't be done at the moment since you can't fish in Ironforge ("You can't use that here").
Tried in Forlorn Cavern and the little pool at the Mystic Ward.

Achievement "One Many Army" https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=7317&&name=one-many-army can't be done, since Aetha doesn't grant the kill credit. Tried 3 times.

Achievement: [Hatchling of the Talon] Cannot be achieved because Aviana does not offer the option again to take the test after you completed her Quest.
