LOREMASTER in Badlands

Hi,
i'd like to try to get the Loremaster in Legion. But i'd like to know if is possible to complete it in Badlands because i need only 4 quest to get it and all the quests i have are bugged.
Anyone already reach it?
Someone can tell me somenthing?
