[REJECTED] Learn skinning quests after forgetting them

Bug description:

After unlearning skinning for other profession, i learn it again and bought the book to get skills back.
But only the Felhide quest went back with the book.

Edit: I'm aware that's not technicaly a quest bug, but i didn't know where to put it. So i've made the bug here because it's related to quests.

And in the chat, i've run the following command to tell if a quest is done or not.
