[Legendary] Chain of Thrayn wrong tooltip (visual)

Bug description: In holy spec the healing is increased by 25% but tooltip shows 50%, this could lead to people misunderstanding.

Here you see I am holy specc on all the spells I used, tooltip says 50% more heal.
Combat log shows that it's actually the correct 25%, so just visual bug.
(first 10 sec are empowered by trait)

Confirmed, Tooltip is incorrect but the buff is correct.
