[Legendary Item] Aggramar's Stride

Bug description: Upon simple log-in into the game and when switching onto aggramar's stride legendary item, while in FURY spec - Dunno if this just a "simple visual Bug or not". The movement speed, I get from it - is around 130%(along with ~7% speed)[EXHIBIT A] . Thou if I just, re-spec Myself onto Protection Spec - suddenly I get the movement speed, up to 168%(just run speed/ does not stack while on mount)[EXHIBIT B] . And when I re-spec back into FURY - the value's remain, like it were the same on Proc spec - value of 168% increased run speed(along with the ~7% speed)[EXHIBIT C].

p.s sorry for my English - it's not my primary language and also, I find it hardly to calculate - what right value of it should Be or is it really, just an Visual Bug.

p.s2 If this will Be an 'Visual Bug' - either reject and/or apply an quick fix to it.
