Bug description: when using Shadow Priest's Silence on an opponent in world pvp or in duels it will proc Sephuz, this shoould only happen if you actually interrupt a spellcast with it

Thats not a bug.
Sephuz should also procc from blanket silence.
Blanket silence = silence a target without interrupting just to apply the debuff.
(examples are bloodelf racial, prot pala avenger shield, sp silence)

update: forgot to add that world pvp allows legendaries so no bug in my opinion
