You do nothing, the quest is bugged and can't be completed. So you either give up or wait until they fix it.

It's just the credit you earn once you complete process of infusioni while fighting Blood Queen boss Lana'thel. It can't be complete as it should. To know how to do it check my screenshot in the main topic

Yes, the player who want to complete this quest have just to standing still near his friend that pull the boss without kill her.
