Legendary reset in pvp

Bug description: Hello, I come to talk about these legendary stacks that accumulate certain power so that it does more damage, in the legendary rogue's cape for example, let's say I have 30 stacks, when I attack an enemy player in World PvP those 30 stacks are restarted to 0, be it horde or alliance, with the legendary monk chest the same thing happens, if I have all 20 stacks and I attack any enemy player in World PvP those 20 stacks are reset to 0 and must reload.


If I keep attacking the enemy player those stacks will continue to load normally, but if I stop attacking him and I'm out of combat, and I fly to attack him to enter combat again, those stacks will restart again.
These 2 legendary ones work perfectly in PVE, I mean against adds (non-players), I don't know if it would be normal for this to happen, for stacks to be restarted fighting against players, but it is something very annoying, and if there are more legendary ones that accumulate stacks probably the same happens to them, fix it if they can please.
