Legendary token DROP

Bug description: If player has all legarndary items for his class he should DROP legendary tokens for another random class. Currently have 2 chars with all leggos and neither of them got any token, meanwhile other chars without all leggos drop them with less much effort. Also a bunch guildmates have this problem. Having stored blp since 7.2.5 and active playing this patch makes me think its not working instead of pure unluckiness.

Nice one, I have all the legos since 7.2.5 and indeed this patch I didn't got any random legos for others classes.
