[DUPLICATE] [Legion] A royal Summons

Bug description:

1. As in all quests, if you click "Accept" the the window won't close and you have to click "Decline". The Quest will remain as taken.
2. After reading the Letter (in the room) nothing happens. The quest says "0/1 Skyfire Boarded" and the portal to stormwind will not open. If you go to stormwind some other way there is no ship there.
3. if you Abandon the quest and go again to the quest-giving NPC she will give you another quest "Making the Rounds" that you also cannot complete.

You can now read the note but the portal to the Skyfire doesn't appear behind her for the alliance side of the room. the portal for horde it takes you to Durator bay but not to the queen's ship above the bay.
