This boss is never going spawned am done invasion point today and don’t see this boss.

Invasion points currently not spawned so I can't check. Check this wowhead link to see it's spawn zones and next time you do it bring a proof of somesort (image/video).

Today I found Invasion Point: Sangua in the Krokuun area and it works well the problem is that this NPC does not work.
He only had me left to complete the achievement https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=12028&&name=envision-invasion-eradication

Can you be more specific on what doesn't work? Maybe add some proof alongside with it?

As you can see he's the only one that doesn't have loot, the others from the Envision Invasion Eradication achievment https://www.wow-freakz.com/achievements.php?achievement=12028&&name=envision-invasion-eradication have loot. That is a clue for me that it doesn't spawn, should be noted on a trello report
