[DUPLICATE] [List] Trinkets proc by non-damage abilities

Bug description: These trinkets are proc by non-damage abilities like Blink and Shimmer in my case.

List of trinket i tested:
-Fury of the Burning Sky (Proof).
-Erratic Metronome (Proof).
-Oakheart's Gnarled Root (Proof).
-Whispers in the Dark (Proof).
-Chrono Shard (Proof).
-Twisting Wind (Proof).
-Star Gate (Proof).

I decided to make a list for 2 reason:
1) I saw differents post with about this topic with just 1 trinket
2) It seem Icon Rot is never triggered. So i think it doesn't happen for all trinkets.

Sorry if i didn't more tests but i have only these trinkets. If it's as i said(that it doesn't happenf or all trinkets), post here all trinkets with same problem. I don't have all trinkets of the game.

Confirmed for Crono Shard on my Mage, blink and others no damage spells triggers Acceleration proc.
