There is a similar/same issue with trinkets and other such things where they can proc on yourself/your party through healing.

Confirmed, these spells shouldn't break stealth. (did not test with drums, likely happening with those as well)

Wildgrowth has no instant healing, all instant healing from this spell come from the trait Nature's Essence(or a dreamwalker proc). This is shown even in the combat log.

The trait works fine. 2nd cast increase is pandemic.

This is very hard for me to test as efflo doesn't affect dummies, I will try and look at it next time I raid, but a video would be beneficial as well.

If you think something is wrong with scaling that is causing feral damage to be lower than it should you need to be specific about what is wrong and bring good proof.

I'm pretty sure this is a proc system issue, but as this is an issue with a legendary will confirm it here.
Seems to only happen with the self heal part of the lego.
