Bug description: The talent doesn't increase the duration of the first rejuvenation, the only way for it to work is to press the rejuvenation again for the target to get the additional seconds from the talent (makes the relics,talent TOTALLY USELESS)

Persistence works correctly. Baseline Rejuvenation is 15 seconds, artifact grants 4 ranks of Persistence (1 additional sec per +1 rank). If you recast it on the same target, up to 30% of the original cast's duration will be added to the new duration and that's what we can see in your video.

What u confirm ? It`s a possitive bug and not negative like u say , because normal rejuv have 15 sec duration - after first rejuv u got 2 times this talent

Do you even Pandemic mate. I suggest you read up on game mechanics first. Rejuv lasts 15 seconds, you probably have 5 traits in that talent , and then pandemic makes it 25 seconds.

The trait works fine. 2nd cast increase is pandemic.
