Bug description: Hello, I was just healing with druid and i noticed that everytime i put the shroom somewhere Spring Blossoms will proc...Even if i use it and reuse it again on thesame place it will proc to different people...As far as i know It shouldnt proc so i am making a bugg report... I didnt take any SC and idk how to show it to u since i am using healbot but i can still Make one cuz its visible it shows a small icon

This is very hard for me to test as efflo doesn't affect dummies, I will try and look at it next time I raid, but a video would be beneficial as well.
